ANU Sport: Fem/Non-Binary Gym Basics
This session is a great way for beginners to learn effective exercises and build confidence in tackling the gym. Work alongside our brilliant Personal Trainers in a safe and comfortable environment, where you’ll learn how to lift heavy, work different muscle groups such as your core or pelvic floor.
Come along, meet new friends, and leave feeling stronger, more knowledgeable, and ready to take on any workout challenge! Don’t forget to come in your active wear, bring water and a towel.
